THE RESTAURANT

The restaurant welcomes you in the château’s former stables, where the walls still bear traces of their fascinating past. The original racks and feeding troughs remain, each bearing the name of one of the horses that once lived here: Bijou, Figaro and Pola. In this warm and welcoming atmosphere, you can discover authentic regional cuisine prepared by the chef and owner. Specialities include honey-glazed suckling pig, Carcassonne-style snails, crayfish, pan-seared foie gras with figs, and traditional cassoulet with duck confit — all perfectly complemented by wines from the estate.

As spring approaches, the shaded terrace comes alive with delightful scents. During the summer season, dinner and Sunday lunch are served outdoors on the terrace.
The restaurant is closed on Mondays.
